Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration

Our limited warranty covers a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase unless otherwise specified. Replacement of parts or entire products does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

What This Warranty Covers

We guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a product or any of its components fail during the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge to the original purchaser.

This warranty specifically applies to chair and table frames for any extended coverage beyond one year.

A warranty is our assurance to you—the customer—that our product meets a standard of quality and durability. If a manufacturing fault causes an issue with your item, we’ll make it right within the stated terms.

Defect vs. Damage

Warranties only cover manufacturer-related defects. They do not cover:

  • Accidents or mishandling

  • Improper installation or usage

  • Environmental exposure (sunlight, moisture, heat)

Examples NOT covered under warranty:

  • Using furniture as a step stool

  • Damage from overcrowded storage or transport

  • Failure to follow cleaning or care guidelines

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please email our service team at 12basket.supply@gmail.com within the warranty period. Include the following:

  1. Description of the issue

  2. Photos or videos of the defect

  3. Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation)

  4. Return the item (if requested) for inspection

We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, repair or replacement will be provided at no cost.

Warranty Eligibility

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proper product use, storage, and care must be demonstrated for eligibility.

Care & Maintenance Guidelines

To keep your furniture in optimal condition and maintain warranty eligibility, please follow these guidelines:

Storage

  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use

  • Use protective covers for outdoor storage

Cleaning

  • Use a soft cloth with mild soap

  • Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasives

Sun & Weather

  • Avoid prolonged UV exposure

  • Do not leave items outdoors in extreme temperatures or rain

Handling

  • Lift with care; do not drag

  • Avoid dropping or stacking improperly

Inspection

  • Regularly inspect for damage or wear

  • Address any issues promptly

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Misuse or abuse (e.g., standing on chairs, using as a ladder)

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading)

  • Natural material variations (wood grain, color tone)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Rust or corrosion due to moisture

  • Damage from neglect or improper care

Our Commitment

If a defect is confirmed under this policy, we will:

  • Provide free replacement parts, OR

  • Replace the full item at our discretion

  • Cover all related shipping for approved claims

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is the sole remedy available. We do not assume liability for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Lost income or use of product

  • Any damages exceeding the product’s purchase price
